Beyond my expectations
Among all courses that I previously attended around the world, this course was the most remarkable as the instructor covered all the needed topics related to horizontal autogenous bone grafting from planing to bone aspect until soft tissue management. After a full theoretical day, the second day was in a hospital where we were allowed to help Dr Sherif in his operation, then in the third day the hands on was focused to bone and soft tissue aspect with different perspectives (Carotta, Shell technique, Kazanjian vestibulopasty, apically repositioned flap and many many bonus….), to as we worked on plastic models and animal cadavers. I was surprised by the scientific level and the organization of the event, also the high profile colleagues that attended, in addition to the work in a high standard level hospital and the friendliness of Dr. Sherif and his readiness to help.
